So the promise of updating every day didn't last long

So already I have gone against what I said about updating this every day. I did have a valid reason though yesterday, that been that I was busy travelling back down to Portsmouth. I have finally unpacked just which has taken me around 5 hours. I am the ultimate procrastinator. I have also rearranged and tidied my room as well. I think it is probably the tidiest it has been since I moved in back in September.

Got to go and cook for myself soon. I hate doing this so much. at the beginning of uni it was fun looking after yourself but it does get rather trivial after a year and a half.

Also listening to How Kind of You by Paul McCartney which is a fantastically underrated song. Nigel Godrichs production took this song to a whole other level.

Back starting lectures again tomorrow. I really think, especially with the workload I have on Pharmacy that this uni should restructure their terms so I at least have one week of study leave. That is very much needed.

New

New blog. New year.

Today is officially the worst day of the year. Not for any particular reason, its just New Years Day is always the worst day of the year. There is a distinct lack of energy everywhere you go. Even television seems like it can't be bothered to do anything so just shows rubbish all day. Surely they would want to put good stuff on when near enough everyone in the UK is basically sitting around looking for something good to be on the TV? It seems though that this year especially the TV broadcasters have been easing us into this wasted day of worthlessness by providing us with utterly rubbish listings throughout the festive period. There have only been three programmes worth watching over the past few weeks, Dr Who, The Royle Family and the programme about Not the Nine O'Clock News. I think that Dr Who will probably be TV's saving grace for today. Running up until then I should be doing packing ready to go back to Portsmouth tomorrow, but seeming that I only have an hour left until Dr Who I doubt it will get finished in time as I haven't even started. Then again a lack of unpacking took place when I came back home so maybe it won't take as long as I think.

I am planning on updating this blog every day. That decision may come to an end tomorrow though. I decided to start this mainly as a channel for me to say what I'm thinking about at the present time. They most probably won't be all as negative as this one.

Happy New Year to you all
